This fall the gym, the Green, the trails, the Upper Fields have allowed us to discover new games and activities and stretch our imaginations and creativity. The energy your children bring to class is boundless. Their ideas bring opportunities to explore and use equipment in unique ways. They are a source of constant amazement.
Deliberate thought into the brain-muscle connection of a skip, a push-up, a throw or a catch has the children tinkering into the world of kinesiology. The physics and chemistry of this amazing organism we call our bodies has stirred their curiosity.
We continue to underscore the importance of cooperative and collaborative efforts while respecting classmates in all our games and challenges. Our time together is off the charts!
Come on in and play with us whenever you can….as long as you have the proper footwear.

Answers: 1. Turkel Ball…a game devised by the 3rd grade when they could not decide between playing Castle ball and Turkey ball. 2. The kindergarten class after running laps around the green and using tallies of 10 to count their sticks, and then adding them all together. 3. Your arm. 4. Shake a parachute with Whiffle balls. 5.
